We are excited to bring Track Town Throwdown back for its third year in the safest way possible!
Our local and national COVID numbers have decreased significantly, all local and national restrictions have been lifted and we are finally at a point where we feel comfortable removing many of our requirements to attend. Please keep in mind that if the situation changes, this policy may be updated accordingly. We will follow our local and CDC recommendations.
Masks and COVID-19 vaccines will not be required, however, due to the highly infectious nature of COVID-19 combined with the close contact required for social dancing, these precautions are still recommended. Surgical masks and hand sanitizer will be available at the event.
There is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public space where people are present. By redeeming tickets and attending Track Town Throwdown, you agree that entry is at your own risk and you voluntarily and expressly assume all risks associated with entry. Track Town Throwdown has put in place policies and preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19, but cannot guarantee that exposure to or infection with COVID-19 will not occur while at the event.
If you are feeling ill, have been exposed, or think you might be getting sick at the time of the event please do not attend.

A full refund (minus PayPal fees if paid via credit card) or credit for next year’s event will be available for anyone who chooses to stay home as a result of illness.

Applicable symptoms include cough, sore throat, diarrhea, fever, cough, runny nose, body aches, vomiting, etc. These are not exclusively applicable to Covid-19, if you are experiencing ANY illness, or think you are becoming ill, refrain from attending our event.
- If you become sick at the event, please refrain from attending and take a COVID test. We have tests available at the event but supplies are limited. Please contact us – you will be credited a portion of your pass if you end up getting sick during the event.
If you test positive for COVID-19 prior to attending Track Town Throwdown, you must have a minimum of 10 days pass along with no symptoms and a negative COVID test before attending.
This pandemic is still evolving and we will be continuously monitoring the official CDC guidance. As a result, our policies may change and adapt.
