Full Weekend Pass – Tiered Pricing
Includes Intermediate-Advanced Level Saturday and Sunday workshops from instructors LaTasha Barnes & AJ Howard, evening drop-in classes, and all dance parties.
You must hold a Full Weekend Pass to compete in The Throwdown competition.
Tiered pricing:
- Tier 1 (first 10 registrants) – $165
- Tier 2 (10-30) – $175
- Tier 3 (30-100) – $185

Full Weekend Passes will be capped at 100. If Full Weekend Passes are sold out, please contact us if you would like to join the waitlist.
Beginner-Intermediate Track Pass – $110
Includes Beginner-Intermediate Level Saturday workshops from instructors Carla Rodrigo & Damian Cade, evening drop-in classes, and all dance parties.
Online registration will close October 9. Price at the door – $135
Party Pass – $80
Everything but the workshops (includes all evening drop-in classes and all dance parties.)

Individual ticket pre-sale for the evening dances will be available at tracktownswing.com in September.
Tickets for the late night dances will be available for individual purchase only at the door.
Friday Evening Dance with The Savoy Dance Orchestra – $25 at the door|$20 online
Friday Late Night with Stomp Off Party – $20
Friday Night Salsa with Salseros – $8
Saturday Evening Dance with The Hot Baked Goods – $25 | $20 online
Saturday Late Night with The Hot Baked Goods – $20
Friday and Saturday evening dances will both have beginner/taster lessons from 7-8pm
Refunds
If you cancel your registration the following refund schedule will apply (all refunds will be minus Paypal fees):
Cancellation BEFORE September 13st, 2023: 100% refund
Cancellation September 13st through September 27th: 50% refund
Cancellation AFTER September 27th: No refund
Pass transfers accepted until September 27, 2024.
You are welcome to transfer your pass to a friend or you can transfer your pass to someone on the waiting list. If you wish to transfer your pass, please contact us.
T-shirts and competition fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
